David is an Executive Coach with over 20 years experience working with individuals on areas such as career transition, enhancing performance, career development and building confidence, typically with senior Executives in organisations. He also runs several in house coaching training schemes. He set up the Buckinghamshire Coaching and Mentoring partnership programme with 3 Public sector organisations training over 50 in house Coaches to coach people within the organisation; since its inception there have been over 400 people coached through a programme, and feedback on the scheme has been incredibly positive.
David has a post graduate Diploma in Coaching from Oxford Brookes University and is an accredited Executive Coach with the Association for Coaching. He also has a Training and Development Diploma and is a Psychometric licensed Practitioner for Insights. He uses a wide variety of practical coaching tools along with psychological models on an integrated and appropriate basis including; Transactional Analysis, Neuro Linguistic Programming, and Appreciative Enquiry.
His background includes retail management at Sainsbury's, marketing at British Telecom, Operations Director at a Training and Enterprise company working in training consultancy with the private and public sector, and HR work in the NHS. He has run a coaching and facilitation business for over 15 years working with a wide range of clients in the commercial sector, and the Public and voluntary sector.
